Nokia Rebrand ideas (unused)
Some early-doors art direction work for a potential style change.
At the time, the HMD design team were working under strict visual brand guidelines resulting in muted, stiff advertising lacking the style it needed to be noticed by a youthful audience.
Below are some ideas I put together - using found imagery - to attempt to sway the powers-that-be into opening up to greener (and pinker, and oranger, and yellower) pastures.
How do you Nokia? is an brand concept I created relating to individuality, activity and creativity - the word Nokia reappropriated as a process, facilitating the use of colourful, dreamlike, hyperreal imagery.
